Here is a sneak peek at Lani’s and Jared’s wedding. Both, ceremony and reception took place at Starry Nights in Kirkland, WA. It was a smaller wedding but filled with great details and awesome people. I had lots of fun and am so glad they chose me as their photographer. Thanks Lani and Jared.

It’s been a while since I entered a photo over at I Heart Faces. This week the theme is B&W and I have just a photo for it. This was captured during J&J’s wedding last summer. I hope everyone likes it as much as I do.

My little girl will be two years old this Friday. It’s hard to grasp that because I will always look at her as my little baby. Happy early birthday Kiki. Here are some recent shots of her.

After we got back from our Europe travels, we dealt with the biggest snow we have seen here in Seattle ever. It was kind of funny because we saw zero snow in Europe and then we come back home to a snowpocalypse in Seattle. We really tried to enjoy it, so we went out and build a snowman, I took some photos that I plan to frame and put up in our house, stayed warm under blankets, drank tea, ate lots of food, etc. Here are just a few photos from those snowpocalypse days.

It’s been over two months since my last post. December was just too busy like always, then came our Europe vacation, and after that I was spending a lot of time over the toilet. Yup, pretty disgusting. So, why was I over the toilet? Well, I am 14 weeks preggo. Yay! Now, that I am on meds and abel to keep things down, I am pretty happy and excited but there were times when I was very misrable I must say.

Anyway, so I am back and ready to blog. To start my blogging adventures again, here are some photos from our vacation to England and Germany. I am still working on Germany photos so you’ll have to wait to see those.  Enjoy!

She brought Jeni with her who is a very pretty model and very easy to work with. She got to change into three different outfits and we made some beautiful photos together. Enjoy!

it’s been a while. I can’t believe we are now in the holiday season and 2012 is just around the corner. Crazy. These days we are spending a lot of time at home, cuddling with Kiki and watching TV. We got a new show obsession, White Collar and Breaking Bad. Although, I prefer to watch White Collar over Breaking Bad but my husband enjoys both, so we watch both. We finished first season of both of those shows and should be getting season 2 tomorrow in the mail. I love the convenience we get these days. You order it online and it’s at your doorstep next day. It saves me a lot of time and makes my life easier.

Anyway, few weeks ago I got to photograph this little guy. He is our friend’s son and he is so adorable. This is pretty much the simplest setup ever. I used their wall below a window and on the right side was a door with bigger window that was letting through the beautiful light. I also added a white reflector (my less than $2.00 board) which I was holding in front of me below his face which created this beautiful sparkle in his eyes. Simple things like this can make a huge difference in the photos. Enjoy and Happy Holidays to everyone!!

On a cold November day, 19th of 2011 to be exact, my husband and I headed down to Portland, OR to photograph yet another wedding together. We woke up early, around 5 AM, packed up our equipment into our car and started driving. We stopped for coffee, venti style, and had fun time just talking. It was nice to be stuck in the car alone again and just talk and laugh. The drive was beautiful even though it was a dark Fall morning, and we even ran into some snow. We arrived in Portland around 10 AM and made our way to a hotel where Dalila was getting ready to marry her soul mate Jasmin. I have seen Dalila before at parties but we never officially met. When I walked into her hotel room, we immediately clicked as we have known each other for years. She is a classic beauty. Her pale skin is flawless and her taste is impeccable. After photographing the first look and formal shots, we headed to her reception venue for a party that was full of laughs, dancing, great food and even more awesome people that Dalila and Jasmin proudly call family and friends.
